BMW Manufacturing in Oxford, builds the very successful Mini.

The Brief

The legacy of Rover and the work culture was very much ‘us and them’. There was a blame culture within the plant and people used to “leave their brains at the gate” 

Zambant coached the Directors, process area managers and worked with the production line staff - equipping them so that working as a team, they could release their real potential and help drive the business forward. This involved a huge change in the way the staff worked together.

Our Achievements

·      Coaching of teams to solve problems at ground-floor level -savings of over £1500 per employee in year 1 with savings of in excess of £800 per employee during years 2 and 3

·         Production targets were exceeded by more than 60 per cent
